Brightens color and prepares surface for the application of a sealant.
Efflorescence Cleaner is especially formulated to dissolve efflorescence (whitish salt) and remove ground-in dirt (traffic marks, etc.). Contains no hydrochloric (muriatic) acid, it works deep without discoloring or damaging surfaces. It ensures even cleaning and allows Techni-Seal's Protective Sealant to better penetrate the material.
Note: May damage the material if applied at full strength; must be diluted with 2-4 parts water. If not rinsed properly this product may deteriorate the effectiveness of water-based sealants; if such a sealant is to be applied after cleaning, it is very important to perfectly rinse the surface. We recommend that you neutralize the residue with an ammonia solution at 5-10% concentration.

Rust Remover takes out rust from concrete or natural stone pavers and slabs. It effectively dissolves stains cuased by dripping rusted water, steel streaks, fertilizer granules, etc. Since it contains no hydrochloric (muriatic) acid, it won't discolor the material.
Note: To remove fertilizer stains from a large surface, we recommend Techni-Seal Efflorescence Cleaner.
