Requirements for all positions:
- Proficient in the English language, bilingual skills are beneficial
- Provide a Motor Vehicle Report from the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Provide evidence of U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a drug and physical test
Application Process:
- Print an Application for Position (job application).
- Complete the application pages one through three. Be sure to add your initials and sign your name where needed.
- Obtain a Motor Vehicle Report as described on page three.
- Complete and sign the waiver section of page four. Be sure to have a witness sign, too. Print and complete extra copies of page four, if needed, so you will have one for each employer you have had in the last five years.
- Print your resume. Please include three references with contact names and
phone numbers.
- Mail the completed application, Motor Vehicle Report and resume to the address below.
